Add laterality marker guidance to our positioning guide

Currently we have no written guidance for customers on laterality markers (which ones to place and where). This is source of confusion for customers and specialists, and occasionally drives Tech Assists and delays TAT when clarification is required from the customer. Adding them to our positioning guide would be an easy place to start. Example attached. Previously discussed with Sarah Shannon; submitting through this idea portal as recommended.
